Previously held in New York, the awards honour fashion’s most inspirational and innovative individuals and businesses who are pushing the boundaries, propelling the industry forward and setting the design agenda on a global scale.
The award categories focus exclusively on outstanding design across apparel, accessories, retail and e-tail.
As well as rewarding the world’s best individual designers, the WGSN Global Fashion Awards will also recognize the best specialist design teams in categories such as denim, intimates & swim, kidswear and sports & activewear.
Winners will be selected by an expert panel of judges, including some of the most prominent people in the fashion and style industries from designers, buying directors, stylists, merchants and marketing executives.

The WGSN Global Fashion Awards 2012 are now open for entries, calling on those working across the fashion industry around the world.
