The London Cabaret Club have announced an exciting costume partnership with iconic British fashion house Clements Ribeiro for November. The design team at Clements have created three bespoke designs which will be showcased on stage at the London Cabaret Club exclusive three day pop-up from 21st -23rd November at No.One Mayfair.
For those yet to experience The London Cabaret Club, its a social, fine-dining experience with a unique twist of sophisticated entertainment. Launching its first pop-up from the 21st – 23rd November, the three day spectacular will launch “Exquisite – a British Show” showcasing the very best choreographed dances, speciality acts and stylish performances. The evening will also be centred on an elegant fine-dining experience including a luxury champagne and canapé reception, a three course dinner and theatrical cocktails.
Clements Ribeiro, created the three front of house uniforms especially for the pop-up events. The 'punk' uniform appropriates two iconic pieces for CR: The Union Jack top - which recreates the zip and pearl embroidery of the Union Jack created for the SS 11 collection, combined with the mini kilt - a pattern taken directly from the current AW 14 collection. "These designs came to represent the London aspect of the Cabaret and, expanded into selected dance costumes, came to encapsulate the fashion identity of the club." says co-founder Inacio Ribeiro.
